7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this giveaway will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles, and must be resolved in Sonoma County.

8. Alcohol Regulations

Winner must provide proof of age (21+) upon receipt of the prize. Shipment of the wine prize will comply with all applicable local and federal laws regarding the shipment of alcohol.
