Domestic Shipping

  • Available Locations: We currently ship within United States
  • Shipping Carriers: All orders are shipped via trusted carriers, ensuring safe and timely delivery of your wine.
  • Processing Time:
    • Orders are processed within 1 business days.
    • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Delivery Time:
    • Standard shipping: 3-4 business days.
    • Economy shipping 5-8 business days
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight
    • Free shipping is available for orders of 24 lb and more.

Age Verification

  1. Legal Compliance: You must be 21 years or older to purchase wine. Age verification is required.
  2. Signature Required: A valid government-issued ID must be presented at the time of delivery to confirm the recipient's age.

International Shipping

  1. Availability: International shipping is not available.

Shipping Restrictions

  2. PO Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical delivery address.

  2. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website or via your account on our website.

Damages and Replacements

  1. If your wine is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, photos of the damaged goods, and packaging.
  1. We will replace or refund your order as appropriate.

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
