- VINEYARD NOTES: The 2023 growing season was one of the longest in 13 years thanks to consistent cool weather that allowed for a slow and gradual ripening across all varieties. While this can be nail biting for the grower, the extra hang time makes for beautiful phenolic development (deep color, soft tannins) of the grapes at lower sugar while still preserving acidity. The resulting wines are deep, vibrant, and balanced.
The grapes were hand picked and pressed whole cluster. It was fermented cold and aged in stainless steel tank for 5 months to preserve its bright varietal character. The wine was allowed to go through malolactic fermentation to soften the naturally high acidity. - WINE MAKER: Sébastien Pochan
- TASTING NOTES: This bright example of Dry Creek Sauvignon Blanc shows aromas of citrus and green apple, with a hint of exotic fruit. The wine’s mouthfeel is focused with a clean and crisp finish.
- WINE STYLE: Medium bodied.
